Order Instructions:

1. Choose the color and desired tooth position from the chart.
2. After you order, a mold kit is sent to you.
3. You send the mold back, and we make the cap.
4. The first phase of production is 6-8 weeks.
5. Next, we send you the cap plain, without stones.
6. After you make sure its a good fit, you send the cap back.
7. We then add the CZ stones and mail you the finished cap.

1.  From the drop-down menu, select teeth position and options. Add to cart then choose your shipping method and check out. We’ll mail a do-it-yourself mold kit first.

2.  When you receive the kit, you bite the mold and send it right back to us (return postage not included). You can use any shipping service, however, USPS First Class postage is economical and available at any USPS post office. 3.  We first mail to you the custom tooth plain, without any cubic zirconia stones so that you can make sure it’s a good fit. You then send back the fitted tooth, the cz stones are then added to the silver tooth and the finished product is mailed to you. The process usually takes 6-8 weeks for teeth.

4.  Once you receive your tooth, just snap it in and start rocking your dazzling CZ tooth cap!
